Looking for a hairdresser who speaks English? GRO is a hair salon in Gothenburg, on Andra Långgatan right by Järntorget. We do everything from haircuts and beard trims to balayage, highlights and full colour – for women, men and kids.
Every haircut starts with a chat about your hair and a wash in a massage chair. Colour is charged by the hour, and you always know the price before we begin.

Our booking page is only in Swedish. Here's what the buttons mean.

Pick a service
Choose a category – Klippning (haircut), Barbering (beard and shave) or Färg (colour) – and then your service. Tap Lägg till (add) and Gå vidare (continue).

Tell us about your hair
Skip any extras with Gå vidare. If asked, pick your hair length – Kort, Mellan, Långt or Extra långt (short to extra long) – and type: Tunt, Normalt or Tjockt (fine, normal, thick). Under Meddelande (message) you can write to us in English.

Choose stylist and time
Tap Gå vidare till bokning. Pick a stylist under Välj utförare, or Vem som helst (anyone), then a time. The price shows here.

Log in and confirm
First time? Choose Skapa konto (create account) and fill in Förnamn (first name), Efternamn (surname), Mobiltelefonnummer (mobile) and Mailadress (email). Tick Godkänn användarvillkor (accept the terms) and you'll get a confirmation email.

How do I book or cancel?
Book online on our booking page – the guide above shows how – or call 031-14 88 14 or email info@grohar.se. To change or cancel, do it at least 24 hours before: in Voady, through the link in your confirmation email, or by phone. We can't take cancellations by email.
What are your opening hours?
Monday 8:30–19:00, Tuesday 8:00–18:00, Wednesday 8:00–19:00, Thursday 8:00–18:00, Friday 8:00–17:00 and Saturday 9:00–15:00 (odd-numbered weeks). Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when we have time. To be sure of a slot, book ahead online – then you don't have to wait.
How can I pay?
By card or Swish. We don't take American Express, and we're cashless.
Where are you, and is there parking?
Andra Långgatan 18, 413 28 Göteborg, by Järntorget. There's paid parking right outside the salon – pay at the machine or with Gothenburg's parking app.
Do you sell gift cards and products?
Yes. You can buy gift cards online or in the salon, and we sell the professional hair care we use ourselves – Davroe, Olaplex and Nõberu. Ask us and we'll help you find the right products.
